ABBY PELLETIER, P.T, D.P.T
Abby is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, sports performance coach, and elite athlete with a lifelong passion for movement and competition. A former multi‑sport and collegiate softball athlete, she found her competitive home in women’s football, winning six national championships with the Boston Renegades and now competing professionally with the Tennessee Trojans.
Abby specializes in sports performance training and injury prevention, combining her clinical expertise with certifications in personal training and nutrition to deliver a holistic, athlete‑centered approach. She is driven by helping people build resilience, confidence, and a sustainable love for movement.
Her philosophy centers on smart training, intentional recovery, and meeting each client where they are to support long‑term health and performance.

Graston and cupping can help reduce tissue restrictions, improve mobility, and decrease pain so you can move better. The real long-term change comes from pairing those treatments with the right exercises and strength program.
SMART TRAINING MEETS INTENTIONAL RECOVERY
Abby's Why:
"I do what I do because movement has always been a constant in my life, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when it’s used with purpose. Sport taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence, but it also showed me how fragile the body can be without the right support. Helping people train smarter, recover fully, and believe in their ability to move well again is what drives me. I want athletes and clients to feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies, not limited by fear of injury or self‑doubt."

FAQ
Do you take insurance?
Yes. Axiom Performance is a fee-for-service practice. Clients pay for their treatment at the time of service, and a receipt can be provided for submission to insurance for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Call us at (603) 493-5942 or email us at dr.abzz7dpt@gmail.com directly and we will schedule an appointment to discuss your needs and next steps. We have morning and evening appointments available to meet the demands of our clients.
Question: Do I need a prescription from my physician to be seen?
No, in the State of NH, it is not required to have a prescription to receive physical therapy. If you plan to file through your insurance for reimbursement, it’s possible they may require one, however, one is not necessary to receive physical therapy treatment.
What can I expect with a physical therapy session?
During your first PT session, your provider will conduct a thorough examination in order to determine the root cause of your concerns and develop a comprehensive treatment plan. The examination consists of a series of movement analysis tests specific to your concerns. If you are having hip pain with squatting, we're going to squat. From the initial session on, all treatment will be tailored to your individual needs. Physical Therapy treatment is never a cookie-cutter experience, because each individual is widely different from the next.
Do you accept Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts?
Yes, physical therapy is a covered expense for your FSA or HSA plans. Axiom Performance also accepts cash, checks, and credit cards.
